Internet Online Services Our Internet service provides participants online access to information about their defined contribution retirement plan accounts such as; 401(k), Profit Sharing Plans and 1165(e) Plans(Plans in Puerto Rico), and enables them to initiate transactions from anywhere at anytime of the day.
The Internet provides participants with account balance information, transactional capabilities to modify existing and future fund allocations; initiate contribution rate changes; loan modeling information; withdrawal information; PIN changes; Plan information, Fund performance and Prospectus information; and Forms to download.
Transactions collected and confirmed before 4:00 PM EST or close of market will be processed at that day's market price. Transactions entered after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Transactions entered on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.
Transaction Collection is at the heart of our Internet system. All transactions collected via the Internet are immediately validated to ensure "clean" data. Employees may go online and edit or delete transactions without client intervention.
Plan Participants can:
Review their daily account balance and their vested account balance in total by fund or by fund and money source, available balances for loans and withdrawals are also displayed
Initiate Salary deferral changes, Future Fund Investment Elections Changes, Fund reallocation and transfer requests, Loan requests* (based on regulations and Plan requirements), Withdrawal requests and PIN Changes, Our internet system will only allow requests for valid amounts according to account balances and IRS regulations.
Transfers and Investment Election Transfers and Investment Election changes are also accepted and can be processed with no further action from the employee.
Obtain general information about their plan such as, Plan documents, Summary Plan descriptions, access to plan highlights, plan specific newsletters and plan forms.
Also available on the web site are fund performance information; historical returns of the funds offered in their plan; fund prospectus information; Links to Fund managers, regulatory entities, general plan information, fund descriptions and access to daily closing prices for their funds will be available on this site.
All transactions performed by a participant generate confirmation notices. Participants can elect to have transaction confirmations forwarded to their e-mail address and they can also e-mail questions to their benefits administrator, the record keeper customer service and us.
*Loans can be modeled so the employee can change the term or amount until a suitable expected payment is reached. A single pressing of a button will initiate the loan with these figures. A loan agreement form, promissory note and amortization schedule are generated and sent to the employee or plan sponsor for employee signature. Upon receipt of these signed forms, the transaction is released for processing.
